Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The items are unique handmade pieces and the available quantity is thus limited to 1 unit.
If you would like to order multiple copies of the same item, please contact me. The items are made by order.
There is the possibility of a slightly different color displayed on the online image depending on your computer’s settings.
Most of the items do not include postage expenses in the price.
The postage expenses amount is shown in your cart, as soon as you select the country where the parcel is to be shipped.
The shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of the parcel.
If the item includes free shipping, it will be displayed above the add to cart button.
Processing time – Ready to ship
The processing time is displayed on every listing above the add to cart button.
Some large items have a longer processing time of 6-10 days.
If you require a product immediately, for example for a last-minute gift, please contact me.
I will get back to you on 24/h or sooner.
If you choose the Advanced payment – bank transfer method, I will dispatch the items as soon as the payment is received on my bank account.
• Payment by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
• Payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
• Advanced payment – bank transfer on our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
• Payment on delivery (only available for Slovenia) – payment made in cash to the postman on receipt of the parcel. If absent, a notice will instruct you on where to collect your parcel
A customer might receive an email from Customer Reviews with an invitation to review their order. Customers must accept terms and conditions before placing an order.
